Return Policy

Twiggle Toys stands firmly behind our products and suppliers.  If any of our products need to be returned for any reason, we offer two options for you to choose from - exchanges or refunds. All items must be returned to be eligible for an exchange or refund.


  • Email us at to let us know what you will be returning and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Once we have approved the return of your item, safely pack the item for shipping.
  • If you have been sent a shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order.

To be eligible for a return

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of damage must be sent to for damaged items.
  • Proof of purchase must be emailed to for all returns prior to shipping.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item being returned is considered damaged or defective. For more information on whether your item is considered damaged or defective, please contact us at
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This applies to gifts as well. Credit will be applied to the original form of payment for the purchaser.

Refunds do not apply to sale items.

Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at



Exchanges are reserved for items that are damaged or defective. If approved for an exchange, we will replace your returned item with the same product you originally ordered and cover the cost of shipping for your new item.

Exchanges may take longer to reach you. We will email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
